We're all still working through the loss of our friend and classmate, Dan Myers. There is a small memorial set up in the student lounge of Humanities, with his biography and photograph, which saddens me every time I walk by. I keep thinking I'm going to see him walking to class, hear his playing through the walls of the practice rooms. It's a strange feeling.
There will be a memorial service for him and the other two students, on campus this Monday, September 8 at 8pm. http://www.news.wisc.edu/15556
